The project

The LIKA Group was looking for a way to vividly depict the interior of an unbuilt building in order to inspire potential buyers to make a purchase already at the planning stage. Our aim was to create a unique atmosphere through emotional visualizations and thus arouse the interest of potential customers. The sale of a property is not only based on facts, but also on the feelings it conveys. We are proud to have contributed with our work to the success of the LIKA Group in the letting of flats.

1. Moodboard

Our design process started with a careful analysis to conceive an individual interior design style. We used the creation of moodboards to give the client a clear idea of the chosen design direction.

2. Composition & Texturing

Composition and texturing are important factors for a realistic 3D visualization of interiors. Successful composition requires harmonious positioning of objects and the right perspective, while texturing realistically represents the surface texture of objects. Both contribute to creating immersive scenes.

3. Rendering

High-quality renderings can create an emotional experience for potential buyers or tenants, conveying the beauty and atmosphere of the home as if they were already in it.
