The project

The project involves the visualization of the new LIKA Group headquarters, with the planning and design of the building carried out using the latest 3D visualization technology. The result provides a realistic view of the future appearance of the building, including the architecture and landscape. LIKA will occupy the entire top floor of the building, while the first two floors will be leased to other B2B companies.

1. 3D construction of the
building and surroundings

We started with the optimization of the 3D files, which were provided to us by the client. Then we built the environment, paying special attention to the reconstruction of the highway that runs along the building. This was of utmost importance, as this area marks the strategic point where the headquarters will be built.

2. Light and texturing

In this phase of the project, we focused our attention specifically on the lighting and the reconstruction of the materials to create a visually impressive and realistic environment.

Thanks to our careful planning and implementation, we were able to ensure that the stones used for the cladding of the exterior façade were a perfect reproduction of the original product. We placed particular emphasis on exact colour reproduction, precise relief and realistic reflection.

3. Scroll animation

As part of this project, we created a scrolling animation that impressively illustrates the strategic location of the building and offers the visitor a unique user experience. The animation shows the building from an overall perspective, illustrating the new motorway exit that will be realized in the near future.

4. Isometric graphics

For a better understanding of the project, we created isometric graphics showing various examples of office floor plans. LIKA's goal is to offer potential customers a rental space that meets their individual needs and can be adapted to their requirements.

5. Furnishing ideas for potential customers

We visualized three different interior concepts to demonstrate to LIKA's potential customers the possibilities for a given square footage. Whether it is an office, a doctor's office or a gymnasium, our visual inputs allow customers to get a realistic idea of the design of their future workplace.

6. Exploded views

Information visualization plays a key role in presenting complex data in an understandable and appealing way. As part of our project, we created exploded graphics to increase understanding of the location of individual workspaces and present them in an interactive and entertaining way.
